stuffed potatoes

You will need:

  • Potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Ready turkey meat - 200 g
  • Cheese - 200 g
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Seasonings - to taste

1. Pierce washed potatoes in several places with a fork and microwave for 8-10 minutes at maximum power. It should become very soft.

2. Cut the potatoes in half. Cut the pulp and transfer to a separate bowl.

3. Mix the pulp with the rest of the ingredients, add spices and seasonings to taste. Stuff the potato halves and microwave again for 5 minutes.

4. When serving, you can decorate the finished dish with fresh herbs or grated cheese.

Time: 30 min. taking into account the fact that the potatoes are already prepared: washed and cut into slices

You will need:

  • Young potatoes - 1 kg
  • Olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Rosemary - to taste

1. Set the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Mix potato wedges well in a deep bowl with oil, finely chopped garlic, seasonings and spices.

2. Arrange the potatoes in 1 layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Cook 25-30 min.

3. You can decorate the finished dish with rosemary sprigs.
