COMPOUND

You can find fault with the composition of the mixture, since there is flavoring and baking powder, but personally I do not consider it very harmful to the body.

premium wheat flour, sugar, dry egg melange, dry milk, baking powder (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate - baking soda), salt, orange peel (powder), orange flavor

Does not contain GMO!

REQUIRED INGREDIENTS FOR BAKING

100 g softened butter or margarine

160 ml(4/5 cup) warm water or milk

Even if milk was not found at home, then it can be replaced with water, and expensive butter with budget margarine. I used 4/5 cups of milk and half a pack of margarine.

COOKING METHOD

The manufacturer took care and clearly painted everything step by step on the packaging.

I melted half a pack of margarine in a small saucepan on the stove and let it cool.

I poured 160 ml of milk into a glass, heated it in the microwave until warm.

I mixed melted margarine with milk.

Sift the baking mixture through a sieve.

It is possible not to sift, but I always do it so that the dough is without lumps. And in this case, grains of granulated sugar and baking powder were not sifted, which I crushed separately, and then poured into the dough.

It remains to mix everything thoroughly.

The dough turned out liquid, the spoon is not worth it.

And filled it up ready dough by 3/4.

The cake was baked in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes (even less in time).

It turned out ruddy, baked, cracked a little in the middle. I've made orange cake 3 or 4 times and never had a problem with it. Fast, tasty and cheap! Everyone in the household appreciated it and did not have to stand at the stove for a long time. It tastes crumbly, there is enough sugar and orange is felt.

RESULTS

Advantages:

1) Fast;

2) Tasty;

3) Cheap if you buy a stock for 35 rubles.

Flaws:

* If only to find fault with the composition

Conclusion. I advise you to buy this mixture for baking at least once for a test (more milk, margarine) and please your loved ones with a delicious crumbly cake.

All the best and goodies!

Courage, ingenuity and love for experiments - that's what distinguishes me as a cook. Another passion for buns and laziness. This is also not alien to me. This culinary Monday I present to you

Orange cupcake from the finished mixture in a bag!

Making an orange muffin with the bag mix was bold, inventive, and unmistakably experimental. I wanted a bun, but I was too lazy to bother with getting food out of the closet and measuring it. I baked an orange cake from a baking mix, and now I will tell you everything, how I did what, what happened, and what I think about it all. (and I will show at the same time, I love photographing the culinary process).

May I introduce you, cake mix. How far technology has come. In my childhood, cake mix was sold in a nondescript, modest, embarrassing bag so that no one would even notice that the hostess had ready-made baking mix in her shopping bag * ah ah scandal! The colors are fun.

The recipe is written right on the package. Oil and milk must be added to the dry mixture, so the full set of ingredients for this recipe is below:

Instead of milk and butter, you could take margarine and water, but when it comes to margarine, my digestion is always very nervous, so I prefer butter for gastroenterological reasons. And milk instead of water is solely to supplement the product. This bottle has been living in my refrigerator for more than one day, and it was about to turn sour. I let her in preemptively. What to sour, hi better cupcake it will be more fragrant.

I interfere without a mixer, just with a wooden spoon, so to make it more convenient to mix, first I poured half a packet of dry mixture into the oil, stirred it a little. I poured in about half of the milk.

She stirred a little more, then poured out the rest of the dry mixture from the bag, stirred, and poured out the rest of the milk.

Well, I mixed it all the way. When you add ingredients in this way in parts, it mixes more smoothly and uniformly.

Replacing props. While I was mixing and photographing everything, the oven warmed up and the unearthly beauty of the bowl faded into the background, it was the turn of the oiled baking dish!

The dough came out really thick. I didn’t want to pour categorically, I had to get a silicone spatula.

Nothing does the job of transferring the dough all the way out of the bowl and into the pan quite like a silicone spatula. There are practically no losses, all the dough is cleanly in shape.

This thing hung out in the oven for exactly 40 minutes. The dough came out quite a bit, and I thought that those who wrote “bake 40 minutes” on the package got excited. No, they didn’t get excited, the cake was actually baked for 40 minutes.

The bottom crust browned well, just the way I like it. The cupcake rose and even cracked beautifully on the top - I love it when cupcakes do that. I let it cool for 10-15 minutes and treated myself to a piece. Appreciate .

The tasting showed that the cake came out tasty, soft and fluffy, the crust was crispy. The taste is soft orange, sugar is just right, but the authors hurried with a hundred grams of oil. For my taste, the cupcake came out too greasy and oily, which, as you understand, did not prevent me from sharpening a good third of the cupcake. I liked to chemize from a bag, and now we have sooo many different dry mixes, it’s curious to try everything, so I’m afraid it’s not latest recipe“out of the bag” on Culinary Monday. But next time I will put at least half as much oil as in the instructions. And even in general, maybe I’ll replace it with sour cream or banana mashed in mashed potatoes.

Appreciate the saucer. Also grandmother's, Dulevo porcelain, by the way.

And about finances: baking a cupcake from a dry mix, of course, is easier and faster than measuring and mixing all the ingredients separately, but I didn’t notice much savings in terms of money. Our baking mix costs about 80 rubles per package, 100 g of butter will cost about 50 rubles (margarine is cheaper, but I try to use butter), and a glass of milk will cost 15 rubles, depending on the milk. It turns out 145 rubles, and the cupcake does not come out too big. Six, probably, for one tea party, and provided that there are other snacks. The same size cake made with flour-eggs-sugar-soda-orange zest would cost, I think, about the same.

In contact with

Hello, hello, dear reader! I can't help but write about my next spontaneous purchase. Recently, I again bake a lot of all sorts of sweets!

And then the idea crept into my head to bake bread at home, and at the same time try a bread machine. But I decided to start with a simple one and therefore I looked for myself a ready-made mixture for baking bread. And at the same time I grabbed this ready-made mixture for baking Orange Cake from the shelf. It is about her that I will write my review today.

I already had the experience of buying ready-made baking mixes from this manufacturer. And not the best, I must say. But I decided to try my luck again.

Here is such a bag with a delicious cupcake looking at me from the shelf in the store .... well, how not to put it in a basket))) I know that there are several more flavors for such cupcakes, but in the assortment in the store there was only orange, I and took.

So, I bought this mixture in Pyaterochka. The price for a bag was 63 rubles. I can not say that it is very budget!

Net weight 400 grams.

A bag of mixture is designed for one cupcake.

I read the composition, it seems to be not the worst! But still, instead of egg powder in the composition, I personally would add real eggs! Powdered milk, I also did not understand why it is included in the composition))

Does not contain GMOs

Also on the bag there is an instruction in which it is written in detail how to make a cupcake)))

In addition to the mixture from the bag itself, we will also need warm milk (or water), as well as softened butter or margarine. Everything is simple!

I prepared all the ingredients, poured the mixture into a large bowl. The smell of citrus flavor hit my nose. Not too rich and vigorous! Further, following the instructions, I added softened butter and warm milk to the mixture, I added a little more milk than the manufacturer indicated in the instructions. Mixed it all up nice! You can even mix everything with a mixer.

I got a rather thick, but tender and fragrant dough.

But I decided to add a “zest” to the cupcake pie and “inserted” chocolate flat circles right into the dough in a circle. That is, I got a chocolate-orange cupcake cake.

Hot Pie:

I took the cake out of the mold without any problems! The cake turned out very fragrant and tender with chocolate inside! Just melted in your mouth! Crumbly! It even blushed a little.

Everyone at home liked it very much)))

My homemade pies are more magnificent, but this one did not rise very much

Conclusions and results: I put 3 stars on this mixture and recommend it for purchase! But I won’t buy it myself anymore, since there is nothing supernatural in the composition, powdered milk, flavoring and egg powder, in my opinion, there are generally superfluous. Homemade pies still taste better

Thank you for your attention! Bake with soul and for the soul!

  4. Transfer the dough to the greased bowl of the multicooker, and cook the cake in the "Baking" mode for 50-60 minutes.
  5. Mix powdered sugar together with orange juice and cover the resulting icing on top of a still warm cake from a multicooker.
