We break a couple of eggs into a bowl, pour kefir and mayonnaise. We beat with a whisk.

Peel the skin from the potatoes, cut into thin circles and temporarily fill with cold water.

Open a can of saury, drain the liquid, and put the fish itself on a plate - you need to knead it with a fork. That's all.

The second step is to knead the dough.

Pour the sifted flour into a large bowl, break the eggs, put sour cream, mayonnaise, soda and half a teaspoon of salt. Stir until smooth. The dough should be thick, like 25% sour cream.
