In the days of student youth, when you had to gnaw exclusively on the granite of science, the appearance of sausage and cheese in the refrigerator meant one thing - a grand feast is planned tonight. The stove in the dorm was terrible, but the oven thankfully worked.

This was quite enough to cook delicious hot sandwiches with sausage, from the mere aroma of which people in our building began to salivate so much that Pavlov's dog nervously smokes. Sometimes it was necessary to lock and barricade the door from the kitchen to the corridor so that the number of people who wanted to try did not exceed the number of loaf slices five times.

Generally, loaf with sausage and cheese in the oven is one of the simplest and available recipes. Everyone does it in their own way. One mayonnaise is enough for someone, and someone makes all sorts of sauces from “improvised materials”. We used garlic for this.

> You will need a regular "rifled" loaf, or whatever it is called in your area. The main thing is not too soft and rich to be cut into slices.

> 200 grams of sausage. Which one, it doesn't matter. The main thing is tasty and adequate enough quality so that you are not taken from the kitchen to wash your stomach in the hospital.

> sausage cheese- 150 grams (can be solid, melted, etc.).

> Three or four cloves of garlic.

> Mayonnaise. Diet girls, leave the kitchen and close the doors behind you.

> Tomato ketchup.

How to cook a loaf with sausage and cheese in the oven?
Almost everyone knows how to cook hot sandwich with sausage and cheese. But we have a somewhat complicated recipe.
> First of all, we cut the loaf into slices. But we don't cut all the way! That is, the slices should not separate.

> Mix mayonnaise and crushed garlic. Amount of garlic to taste. But vampires will definitely not come to you at night. Even if you brush your teeth. Checked - until seven in the morning not a single one.

> Lubricate the loaf with the resulting mixture. Don't skimp on the sauce! It makes the loaf softer.

> We cut sausage and cheese. Which one, not the point. What God sent to the crow, such will be.

> Fill the cuts with cheese and sausage.

> We heat the oven to 200 degrees and put the loaf there for 20 minutes.

> When serving, lubricate with butter (butter),

> Serve baked loaf with sausage with ketchup and herbs to taste.

Prepared in this way, a loaf baked with cheese and sausage is not as tough as if you simply put slices on a baking sheet. The sauce soaks the dough, and when baked, it retains a pleasant softness. But on top we have a crispy tasty crust.
