  • 0.5 teaspoon salt.

Filling:

  • 500 gr. minced meat;
  • 2-3 potatoes;
  • 1 large onion;
  • 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • salt and spices to taste.

  • 1 yolk;
  • mold oil.

Dilute yeast in warm water or milk with sugar. After fifteen minutes, pour the risen mass into a bowl, add beaten eggs, vegetable oil, and salt there. Gradually begin to add flour, stirring constantly. The mass should not be too thick, but not liquid either. It is viscous, reaching for a spoon with a wide ribbon.

Cover the bowl with the dough with a lid or cling film and let stand for 45-65 minutes. The volume of the prepared dough should increase significantly.

Boil potatoes, cut into small cubes or three on a grater. Chop the onion, fry in oil. Then add the minced meat and continue to fry until the meat is fully cooked. Salt, pepper, season with spices, mix with chopped potatoes.

Advice! If desired, lightly toasted pine nuts can be added to the minced meat.

We take a one-piece (can be disposable) form, lubricate it from the inside with oil. Spread the dough with a spoon, level it. We distribute potato meat stuffing, then again spread the remaining dough with a spoon. Leave the cake to proof for fifteen minutes, then put it in the oven.

  • 100 gr. butter;
  • 3 cups (approximately) flour

Soften the butter, rub with the addition raw egg, salt and baking powder. Pour in kefir room temperature, stir. Gradually add flour, kneading the mass. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Add the remaining greens and salt the potatoes so that they are not fresh. Seasonings - rosemary and others, are only welcome.

Line a springform pan with parchment paper. Lubricate the walls and bottom vegetable oil, this is an additional safety net so that the cake comes out of the mold easily. Pour 2/3 of the dough into the mold. Lay out half of the potatoes without reaching the walls.

From the minced meat, form a cake in your hands and put it on the potatoes. If you do not do this, it will be difficult to distribute the minced meat evenly.

Cover the minced meat with the remaining half of the potatoes.

Pour in the rest of the batter.

Send the cake to the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Then increase the temperature to 220 degrees and hold the cake for another 5 minutes. It will brown on top.

After cooling completely, the bulk pie with potatoes and minced meat can be cut and served as an appetizer.
