    I will show you how to cook bread in a slow cooker using the simplest example rye-wheat bread without steam. Bread according to other recipes is baked in the same way.
    The number of ingredients is indicated for a small loaf of 600-650 grams baked in a 3 liter bowl. For a 5L bowl, increase the ingredients by 1.5 times.

    Sift both types of flour, i.e. both rye and wheat. Then mix them together, as well as with baking powder and dry active yeast, add sugar. Rye flour quite capricious in terms of rise, therefore, to give splendor to bread in the dough, along with yeast, there is also a baking powder.

    Yeast is different types. Some dry yeast needs to be mixed with flour, then with water, and some are first dissolved in a liquid (water, milk) and then kneaded with flour. Be sure to read the instructions for using the yeast you use on their packaging!

    Mix water with vegetable oil and salt. Pour the mass into the flour and knead the dough. To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, grease them with vegetable oil.


    Optionally, add flavors to the dough - these are any natural flavors (dry herbs, juniper berries, onions, garlic, etc.), or for usefulness - any seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, etc.) .).


    Lubricate the dough ball with vegetable oil and place it in a bowl, also greased with vegetable oil. Place the dough in the center of the bowl at some distance from its sides so that it has room to rise. Set the "yogurt" mode for 1-1.5 hours or "multi-cook 30-40 degrees" for 1.-1.5 hours.
    If your multicooker model does not have these features, then let the dough rise in the traditional way, i.e. at room temperature without drafts, in a bowl covered with a kitchen towel.


    The dough needs to rise twice before baking, so approximately in the middle of the rise time, i.e. after the first rise, remove the dough from the bowl, knead it well and return it to its place.


    When the dough rises for the second time, turn on the “baking” mode for 1 hour and turn the loaf over after about 45 minutes. Let the bread bake on the other side for the remaining 15 minutes. This is done in order to golden brown in the end, it turned out on bread all the same from both, i.e. from two sides.
