  • fetax cheese or salted cheese - 150 grams,
  • tomatoes - 200 grams,
  • sweet pepper, red - 1 pc.,
  • large fresh cucumber - 1 pc.,
  • onion - 1 pc.,
  • black olives - 150 grams,
  • Beijing cabbage - 200 grams,
  • real olive oil - 3-4 tables. l.

Shinkuyu Chinese cabbage in thin stripes, I use the white part minimally, as it is thick and not so tender. I use the green part, which is best suited for such a salad.

I cut the tomatoes that I washed and dried into medium-sized slices, since my tomatoes themselves are small. If the tomatoes are large, then it would be more expedient to cut them not so large, for example, into cubes.

I take on the rest of the products, there will be no problems with them: I chop a fresh cucumber into slices, chop the onion into thin half-rings, cut the washed red, sweet pepper into squares (removing the seeds and tail in it), cut the olive into halves along.

I put all the products in a bowl, add coarsely diced feta to them.

In the salad I use the real olive oil, preferably unrefined and cold direct pressing.

I lightly mix the Greek salad with Beijing cabbage so that oil gets on each vegetable, I transfer it to a bowl in which I will serve it to the table. It will be convenient to serve such a salad in portions to each guest.

Immediately after slicing, after pouring oil, I serve the salad to the table.

Recipe 5, simple: red onion and feta cheese salad

  • tomatoes 6 pcs.
  • red onion 1 pc.
  • cucumbers 3 pcs.
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • fetax packaging
  • olive oil for dressing
  • greens (we have parsley, you can also dill and cilantro)
  • balsamic dressing cream

Cut the tomato into pieces. Drain the excess liquid so that there is not a lot of water in the salad.

Cucumber cut into pieces.

Mix tomatoes and cucumbers.

We clean the red onion, cut it.

Put in salad bowl with vegetables.

We cut the fetax into pieces.

Add fetax to salad. You can also put olives in the salad, but there are those among us who do not like them, so we do without this ingredient.

Now it's time for the Greek salad dressing. Add olive oil.

Add spices (we have salt and a mixture of peppers).

  • Tomatoes - 250 gr.;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 150 gr.;
  • Cucumbers - 200 gr.;
  • Onion - 70 gr.;
  • Fetax cheese - 100 gr.;
  • Pitted olives - 50 gr.;
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

Crescent cucumbers.

Straw pepper.

Onion cut into half rings.

Mix olive oil and lemon juice.

Cheese cut into cubes.

We combine the ingredients and season. Lay the cheese on top of the salad. Because salty cheese, lettuce is not salty.

Recipe 7: Greek Olive and Cheese Salad

  • Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • Cucumber - 2-3 pcs.
  • Fetax cheese - 250 g
  • Pitted olives - 1 can
  • Onion (sweet) - 0.5-1 pc.
  • Olive oil (or sunflower) - 2 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • Oregano, ground pepper - to taste

All ingredients need to be cut into large pieces, since initially it was simple rustic salad and the vegetables were cut into large cubes, and the cheese was put in a whole block, because it crumbles easily and everyone kneaded it with a spoon.

We chop the tomatoes. By the way, the salad should not be bitter and all vegetables should be sweet, even onions.

Cut cucumbers into cubes or circles. If they are not young, then be sure to clean them from seeds and, especially, from the bitter peel.

Then chop the onion.

Cheese should also be cut into large cubes.

We do not mix all the ingredients, but simply put them in a salad bowl in the same order as they crumbled.

Lay olives on top.

Now let's prepare the dressing. In a glass, mix olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, oregano and ground black pepper. Drizzle it over the salad. Salt is not needed, as the fetax is very salty.

Recipe 8, Step by Step: Sweet Cheesy Greek Salad

  • fetax - 200 grams,
  • black olives - 150 grams,
  • cucumbers - 100 grams,
  • tomatoes - 100 grams,
  • red, sweet pepper - 150 grams,
  • onion - 1 pc.,
  • lettuce leaves - 1 bunch,
  • lemon juice - 2 tables. l.,
  • olive oil - 3 tables. l.

I wash fresh cucumbers with water, cut off all the tails, chop, cut into a crescent moon, so that it is more convenient to eat the salad.

My tomatoes and cut into slices. My tomatoes are not very large, so the slices turned out to be small.

I crumble red sweet pepper into squares, removing the insides, partitions, seeds and tails. The red color goes well with the green color of cucumbers, the black color of olives and the white color of cheese.

Thinly chopped onion, it will give the salad a certain sharpness.

I cut the fetax coarsely so that the squares come out. The cheese is soft, so I slowly press it with a knife.

I take a deep bowl, put vegetables into it: cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, peppers.

Drizzle vegetables with olive oil and add lemon juice. When I use lemon juice, I do not add salt, but you can taste it to your taste and, if necessary, add salt to the salad. I stir. Why am I dressing a salad without cheese? Because if you mix the salad often with cheese, then the cheese can fall apart, and it will become small crumbs, otherwise I will keep it in the best possible shape.
