The main ingredient is washed under running water and cut across the fibers into equal pieces of medium size. Breading and batter are prepared separately. Flour is poured into the first container, carefully beaten eggs into the second, and crackers with spices and salt into the last. Each individual piece is dipped in turn into the contents of three plates in turn.

The baking sheet is covered with parchment. Raw nuggets are laid out on the surface in an even layer. The appetizer is prepared for about 25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.

The main thing is not to overexpose the meat in the oven, otherwise it will become dry.

  • It is advisable to use fresh chicken meat that does not require defrosting.
  • It is important not to overcook the nuggets on fire or in the oven, otherwise the appetizer will lose its juiciness.
  • Take the pieces out of the butter as soon as they are done. Don't leave them in the pan. Otherwise, they will become oily.
  • Semolina or corn grits, as well as sesame seeds, can be added to the breading composition.
  • Chicken meat goes well with various sauces (both tender and spicy, depending on your taste preferences).
  • Nuggets can be served warm or cold. The ideal temperature for the sauce is room temperature.
