The fact is that the quality of potato dishes depends on the presence of starch in it and on how it is converted in potatoes under the influence of high temperature, liquid and acidic environment. So, for example, potatoes will never boil in an acidic environment. That's why sauerkraut for cabbage soup or salted cucumbers for pickle, stew separately and put in a saucepan shortly before the end of cooking, otherwise the potatoes will be dense, as if undercooked. Add chopped lamb (minced meat) to the pan with vegetables. Stir and fry over medium heat until the meat is browned. Stirring constantly with a wooden spatula, add the flour. Cook for 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

five large potatoes;

bacon,

garlic clove.

Boil five large potatoes, cut across “along the waist”, take out the pulp with a spoon, leaving a side of half a centimeter. Mix part of the pulp with chopped parsley.

In a frying pan, fry chopped lard-bacon into a small cube, add 250 grams of any raw minced meat, crushed clove of garlic. Salt, pepper, mix thoroughly and fry.
