Today we will prepare a spectacular and tasty potato puff salad with boiled sausage, mushrooms and carrots, the recipe with a photo of which I have described in detail below. All products are perfectly combined with each other both in taste and in color, the salad looks bright, appetizing and enjoys great success at any feast. It is better to serve it in portions, but you can also make it on a large dish by increasing the number of ingredients. The order of the layers is selected in such a way that the bottom layer is the most stable, and other products have already laid on this basis. Each layer of salad needs to be smeared with sauce - it can be mayonnaise or a sauce of sour cream and mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

Peel potatoes for salad, cut into large pieces and boil in lightly salted water until tender. Boiling should not be strong so that the potatoes do not boil. At the same time, boil the carrots for a couple and cook hard-boiled eggs. We cool all prepared products.




We rub each product into a separate container, without mixing with each other. Three potatoes on a coarse grater. Grate carrots and eggs on a fine grater. We leave a little yolk and protein to decorate the salad (if provided).




Cut mushrooms into small cubes. Fry in oil until soft, salting and seasoning ground pepper shortly before being ready. We cool.




While the mushrooms are cooling, cut the sausage into small pieces. Can you make a salad with doctor's sausage or take a more oily one with a splash of fat, or you can replace it with ham or boiled-smoked sausage.






We put a culinary ring or a cut-off jar of peas, corn, condensed milk on a plate. The main thing is that the walls inside should be even, not corrugated. 4. Hard boil the eggs in salted water, cool, peel and grate on a coarse or fine grater.

We will need: 250 grams of sausage (it should be taken of excellent quality, what kind exactly - we leave the choice to you), a jar of canned sweet corn, 250 grams of fresh champignons, three pickled cucumbers(if desired, again, you can replace it with fresh ones), 3 eggs, one onion, one carrot, a clove of garlic, vegetable oil, mayonnaise and herbs for decoration.

Cooking is easy!

  1. Peel and wash the onion, cut into cubes or strips.
  2. We clean and wash the carrots, grate coarsely or as for “Korean”.
  3. Wash mushrooms and remove excess moisture with a napkin, cut into pieces.
  4. Pickled cucumbers cut into strips or small bars. The same pieces - and smoked sausage, after cleaning it from the shell.
  5. At this time, boil hard-boiled eggs. Then cool, peel, cut into strips.

  4. Cut the ham into either cubes or strips.
  5. We rub the cheese coarsely.

3. After that, put the pickled mushrooms in a colander (champignons are indicated in the recipe) and cut them into quarters or halves if the mushrooms are small. Let's add it to the container.

4. Peel off the shell from the smoked sausage and cut it into slices, and the slices themselves into medium cubes, add the cut to the rest of the ingredients. Instead of smoked sausage, you can use dry-cured, ham or other meat products. You are also free to define the cutting method to your liking.

How to cook a delicious salad with smoked sausage and cheese

To remove dirt from the eggs, wash them under warm water with a sponge. Transfer to a small saucepan, cover with cold water and boil at a low temperature for a maximum of 10 minutes after boiling. We cool the finished product in cold water and peel the shell.

While the eggs are cooking, cut the sausage into small cubes. For cooking, you can use raw smoked or just smoked sausage.

We wash the champignons under running water or clean them from the film with a small knife. We unscrew the leg of prepared clean mushrooms and cut them with caps into small pieces. In a frying pan, heat the oil, add chopped mushrooms, fry at medium temperature for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. The liquid should evaporate and the mushrooms should shrink.

Lightly squeeze the fried champignons with a slotted spoon from the oil, transfer to a plate and cool.

We divide the prepared sausage into 5 equal parts. Glass bowls (5 pcs.) Thoroughly wash and wipe well with a kitchen cotton towel. Add chopped sausage to the bottom of the dish. Pour generously with mayonnaise. For the convenience of applying the sauce, we cut off a corner from one side of the pack.
