  3. For the third time, add a glass of water, salt, pepper, cover and simmer until all the liquid has evaporated this time. Mince is ready.
  4. Now you need to prepare the bechamel. To do this, melt the butter in a small container, add flour and stir constantly with a wooden spoon. Gradually add milk, stirring vigorously to avoid the formation of lumps. So, without stopping, stir, bring to the density of sour cream. Remove from heat, add salt and nutmeg, mix. If the bechamel is runny, don't worry, it will thicken later.
  5. Grate zucchini on a coarse grater, cheese on a fine grater.
