Boil eggs, let cool and finely chop. Rice should be boiled until half cooked. Boil the carrots until cooked, let cool and rub on a medium grater. Crab sticks are best chopped with a medium grater or knife.

To prepare this dish, it is better to choose red fish fillet, cut into large plates.

We prepare a bowl for laying salad - we lay the bottom with cling film. This is necessary in order to easily remove the salad from the bowl later.

Carefully lay the plates of red fish on the cling film. The second layer will be finely chopped eggs. The third layer is crab sticks. The fourth layer is carrots. The fifth layer - fig.

Important: soak each layer with mayonnaise.

After cooking, place the salad in the refrigerator for at least 8-9 hours. This dish must be prepared in advance.

Before serving, you need to turn the dish over and place the contents on a flat plate. It turns out that the bottom layer of red fish will be on top. The salad looks like a kind of cake, which can be decorated with parsley, basil or olives.


Layered salad with red fish

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 3-4 pcs.;
  • apple - 1 pc.;
  • cheese - 120-150 g;
  • red fish (lightly salted) - 300-350 g;
  • eggs - 4-5 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise.

Cooking

This recipe is for making a layered salad. Boil potatoes and eggs until tender. Cheese and apple rub on a coarse grater.

Cut red fish into small cubes. We turn the potatoes into mashed potatoes with a pusher or rub on a medium grater.

We begin to form a salad. Layering scheme, starting from the bottom of the dish:

  • mashed potatoes;
  • mayonnaise;
  • red fish;
  • mayonnaise;
  • eggs;
  • mayonnaise;
  • Apple;
  • mayonnaise.

Apple gives the salad a very delicate taste.

Like everyone else layered salads, this dish needs to stand in the refrigerator to soak for about 2.5-3 hours.

Step 1: prepare the eggs.

We put the eggs in a medium saucepan and pour plain cold water so that it completely covers the component. We put the container on medium heat and wait for the liquid to boil. Immediately after that, we pinpoint 10 minutes and boil hard boiled eggs.
After the allotted time has elapsed, turn off the burner and, using kitchen tacks, carefully drain hot water into the sink. Pour the component with cold liquid from the tap and leave it alone for a while.
When the eggs become room temperature, with clean hands, peel them from the shell and rinse lightly under water to wash away possible fragments.

We spread the component on a cutting board and, using a knife, carefully separate the yolk from the protein.

Using a medium grater, grind the second component of the eggs and immediately pour the chips into a clean plate.

Then we move on to the yolks. You can grind this ingredient right away, or you can leave it for later. Since we will have it as the last layer on the salad, we don’t need the yolk for now. And yet, for those who want to prepare eggs this very second, I’m telling you. We take a fine grater and rub the yolks on it directly over a clean plate. Everything is ready!

Step 2: prepare cucumbers.


Rinse cucumber under running water and place on a cutting board. Using a knife, remove the edges of the vegetable and, if desired, cut off the skin. Now, using a medium grater, grind the component directly on the cutting board and then immediately pour the chips into a free plate. We leave the cucumber aside so that excess juice stands out from it, which we then salt (before adding the vegetable to the salad).

Step 3: prepare the bow.


Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse thoroughly under running water. We spread the component on a cutting board and finely chop into squares. Pour the chopped onion into a free plate.

Step 4: prepare the salmon fillet.


We spread the salmon fillet on a cutting board and cut into small pieces with a knife. Attention: in the recipe, I wrote that the fish should be lightly salted, but, in truth, this is a matter of taste. For example, I love this one, but my mother has very salty salmon, so that it can be felt in a salad. We shift the crushed component into a free plate and leave it aside for a while.

Step 5: prepare the crab sticks.


We spread the crab sticks on a cutting board and, using a knife, cut into thin strips. You can also grind the component into pieces or even grate on a medium grater. Pour finely chopped sticks into a free plate.

Step 6: Prepare the tomato.


Rinse the tomatoes under running water and place on a cutting board. Using a knife, we cut the vegetable into two parts and from each we remove the place to which the tail was attached, as well as the seeds (they can give juice in the salad and thereby spoil the taste of the dish). Now grind the component into pieces and transfer to a clean plate.

Step 7: Prepare hard cheese.


Using a medium grater, grind hard cheese directly on the cutting board. Then pour the component into a clean plate and leave it alone for now. Attention: any kind of hard salted cheese is suitable for making a salad. It can be a Russian, Kostroma or Lanovoy product.

Step 8: prepare a salad with salmon and crab sticks.


We spread the chopped egg whites in a salad bowl or a special plate. Immediately pour them with a small amount of mayonnaise and level with a tablespoon.
The next layer is cucumber shavings. We also grease it with mayonnaise and level it with improvised equipment.
Now sprinkle everything with finely chopped onion, and put pieces of salmon on top. Attention: do not forget to grease the fish with sauce.
The next layers will be tomato slices and chopped crab sticks. You don’t need to lubricate the vegetable with mayonnaise, but we apply this miracle sauce to the last ingredient and level it with a tablespoon.
Now sprinkle the previous layer with cheese chips. Once again, coat everything with sauce and at the end decorate the salad with chopped egg yolks. Attention: If desired, each layer can be lightly sprinkled with salt and black pepper. Everything, the dish is ready!

Step 9: serve salad with salmon and crab sticks.


When the salad is ready, serve it immediately to the dining table. By the way, if desired, the dish can be decorated with fresh parsley or dill. I usually make the last layer in the form of a tree with yellow leaves and a white background using mayonnaise. It turns out quite beautiful and tasty, but you can see for yourself.

Instead of the usual onions, you can add Crimean or white to the salad. Such varieties are an order of magnitude juicier and sweeter.
