The molds with the dough are not removed immediately into the oven, but covered and left for another 30 minutes so that the dough “rises” completely and fills the entire volume;
  5. After the allotted time, you can safely send Easter cakes to the oven, reach the final look. To do this, the oven is heated to 180 °, put molds there and mark for half an hour;
  6. After half an hour, check the readiness with a toothpick: if the dough is raw, then it will stick to the toothpick. In this case, leave the cakes to bake for another 15 minutes;
  7. Ready Easter cakes are taken out of the molds and left to cool;
  8. While the cakes are cooling, prepare the cream. To do this: beat the egg whites with sugar and lemon juice until a thick foam forms;
  9. The top of the Easter cakes is smeared with the prepared cream and sprinkled with confectionery powder.
