Step-by-step recipe for salad with mushrooms and ham:

First of all, cook the mushrooms so that there is more time for them to cool. Wash the mushrooms well, dry a little, cut into small segments. Throw them in a frying pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil. Do not fry the mushrooms too much, sauté only until soft on medium heat.
