The recipe is old, however, like most others, it’s just that some are remembered more often, others less often. The number of products can never be specified exactly; the same beef can lose 30-40% of its weight during cooking.

Onions, carrots, salt, everything, like in soup, this broth will no longer be useful to us, but pouring it out is somehow not in a businesslike way. Then a simple soup will be composed.
