It is hot so that the dough becomes elastic. It should turn out to be moderately dense so that it can be rolled out. For this dish we need two different set ingredients. From one set, we will cook the casserole itself directly, while the second is necessary for us in order to prepare the filling. Thanks to the filling, our dish will turn out juicy, it will simply melt in your mouth.

Main course:

  • Several sheets of lavash
  • Minced meat (you can use minced meat from any meat of your choice)

  • Greens (parsley or dill)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 3 chicken eggs

Let's start with the simplest, namely, with the preparation of the filling. To do this, you just need to take a deep dish, put everything there necessary ingredients and mix them thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. That's all! Our filling is ready.

Now let's start cooking the pita rolls directly. It is necessary to chop the onion and add it to the minced meat. Also, do not forget about adding salt and other spices to taste. Mix the minced meat thoroughly, and then fry in a pan.

We unfold the sheets of pita bread. On each of them it is necessary to lay out a not very thick layer of pre-prepared minced meat. On top, you can put sliced tomatoes, coarsely chopped bell peppers, as well as greens. It is necessary to roll the rolls carefully, putting a lot of effort to make it tight.

We pre-lubricate the baking sheet with oil, after which we lay out the rolls of pita bread on it. They must be laid out tightly to each other so that the filling does not flow down.

First, sprinkle all the rolls with breadcrumbs, then pour the filling. If desired, you can also sprinkle the rolls with hard cheese. Cook them in the oven at medium temperature until golden brown.

Recipe 3: pita casserole with minced meat (step by step)

Today I will tell you how to cook very delicious casserole. Our casserole will be cooked in pita bread. I would serve with a casserole vegetable salad or pickled cucumbers.

  • Pork pulp 500 g
  • Onion 3 pcs
  • Salt to taste
  • Hot red pepper to taste
  • Seasoning Adjika 2 tsp
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Lavash 4 pcs
  • Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • Potatoes 700 g

Pass the pork pulp through a meat grinder.

Then we pass the onion through the meat grinder.

Mix thoroughly and put the minced meat in a pan with vegetable oil.

Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add salt, red ground pepper and seasoning adjika. Stir and simmer for a couple more minutes.

Then peel and cut the potatoes very thinly.

Now we take a baking dish and cover it with pita bread. I have a detachable form. So I covered it with a baking bag.

Then we put half the potatoes, grease with a little mayonnaise and salt a little.

We put another pita bread on top of the potatoes.

Put mince on it. Lubricate with a little mayonnaise.

Then again cover with pita bread and lay out the remaining potatoes. Salt, grease with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle potatoes with grated cheese.

And the final stage - we cover the whole thing with pita bread. Lubricate it with a thin layer of mayonnaise. We put the form in the oven for 50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Time has passed, we take the casserole out of the oven. And immediately, piping hot, serve to the table. Bon Appetit!

Recipe 4: homemade pita casserole with cottage cheese

  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
  • wheat flour - 1.5 cups;
  • water - 0.3 cups;
  • salt - to taste;
  • cottage cheese - 400 gr;
  • sour cream - 250 gr;
  • granulated sugar - 4 tbsp. l;
  • semolina - 2 tbsp. l;
  • cherry - 300 gr;
  • cane sugar - 50 gr;
  • vanilla sugar - sachet

The water for the dough should be warm, then the dough rolls out easier. It is better to get rid of chicken protein, and use only the yolk. This time I decided to experiment, it would be better not to do this. the dough turned out much worse than on one yolk.

Combine the yolk with salt, a spoonful of refined vegetable oil, stir. Add water and add flour.

We knead the dough. It should be firm but soft and not sticky. Cover, leave for 30 minutes in a cold place.

During this time, prepare the filling and filling.

For the curd filling, I used ready-made, pasty cottage cheese. I just have to add two tablespoons of sugar and semolina to the curd mass, for flavor - half a packet of vanilla sugar and stir. If the cottage cheese is grainy, it must be ground and an additional 2 eggs added.

Defrost cherries in advance, prepare cane sugar. If not, the regular one will do, and those who are not too sweet can refuse sugar altogether.

To fill the casserole: two eggs, a glass of sour cream of any fat content, two tablespoons of white sugar and vanilla residue. I would also advise adding a couple of tablespoons of melted butter, then the crust will turn out to be more appetizing. And I just forgot to do it, so I smeared the browned top at the very end.

I put all the necessary ingredients in one container and whipped with a blender whisk. Fast and efficient.

The dough was divided into two parts and rolled out into a thin layer. Like dumplings. Spread on a lightly oiled baking sheet and roasted in the oven on both sides.

The dough was immediately covered with small bubbles. I almost forgot the most important thing: the dough was fried at a temperature of 200 degrees for 3-5 minutes on both sides. It is necessary that the pita bread is slightly browned.

To make pita bread soft, you can put it in a plastic bag

or cover immediately with damp curd filling. Let stand for a while so that the dough gets slightly wet.

and lay out on the cottage cheese in a checkerboard pattern.

Lavash is rolled into a roll.

And put in a heat-resistant form in the form of a spiral.

Our building is filled with cream filling.

And send it to the oven, heated to 180 degrees. The casserole will brown quickly, in about 15-20 minutes.

We release the casserole from the mold, but not immediately, but when it cools down a bit. The casserole is very soft and tender, so it can fall apart without reaching the dish.

A cut of lace rings of dough and cottage cheese looks very appetizing, and the casserole itself is delicious, delicious. Next time I want to try raw dumpling dough. I'm very interested in how this will turn out.

Recipe 5: Mushroom Lavash Casserole with Tomatoes

Now lavash dishes are very popular, I had to eat it either instead of bread or in shawarma. Finally decided to use pita bread in a new capacity. Personally, I really liked it! Try it!

  • raw chicken egg 3 pcs
  • cheese 150 g

  • greens to taste
  • onion 1 pc
  • salt to taste
  • seasoning to taste

We will need two fillings: 1 - minced meat with finely chopped onions.

2 - mushrooms (boiled, fried, marinated - to taste), tomato, greens - meko cut. Salt, pepper, seasoning to taste

We divide a large sheet of pita bread in half, if the sheets are already cut in the package, you will need 4 pieces. We put the filling on the edge.

And roll it up. You should get 2 rolls with minced meat, 2 with mushrooms.

Put the finished rolls on a baking sheet (through one), You can put it in a round shape, alternating rolls with different fillings

For filling, mix eggs, cheese, sour cream and pour rolls. There should be a lot of fillings. Decorate on top as desired. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes and a delicious fragrant casserole is ready.

Recipe 7: Vegetable casserole with minced meat in pita bread

Delicate classic filling, pita bread soaked in bechamel sauce, spicy taste parmesan cheese...

  • 1-2 sheets of pita bread;
  • 250 g of minced meat;
  • 2-3 tomatoes;
  • 200 g mushrooms;
  • 2 onions;
  • Vegetable oil (for frying);
  • 100 g parmesan;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 50 g flour;
  • 500 ml of milk;
  • Salt pepper.

Prepare the filling first. To do this, peel the onion and chop it.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes. If they have a thick skin, remove it. Pre-scald the tomato or hold it for a few seconds in boiling water - it will be easier to remove the skin.

In two frying pans moistened with oil, fry the onion for 3 minutes until soft.

In one pan, add the tomatoes to the onions. Roast, stirring, 15 minutes.

In another skillet, add the minced meat to the onions. Break it into small grains and fry until tender (about 20 minutes).

Mushrooms boil or fry.

Now that all the ingredients for the filling are ready, you can prepare a white sauce - bechamel. To do this, melt in a non-stick frying pan or in a saucepan with non-stick coating butter.

Gently, in small portions, add flour to the butter. Rub it so that there are no lumps. Then pour in cold milk. First, add a little less than a glass of milk, whisk, and then pour in the rest of the milk.

Bring the mixture to a boil, and then cook, stirring, for 5-7 minutes. Salt the sauce, add black pepper. Consistency white sauce should be similar to liquid sour cream. Pour the finished bechamel sauce into a bowl at room temperature.

The final touch is to prepare the pita sheets. At least two of them are needed, more can be (then you need more stuffing). Of these, you need to cut (you can use scissors) sheets that repeat the baking dish in size and shape.

Grind the parmesan on a coarse grater.

Now you can collect the dish and prepare it for baking. Brush the bottom of the dish with bechamel sauce.

Put one sheet of pita bread on the bottom of the mold.

Put onion-tomato filling on it.

Put the fried minced meat and mushrooms on top of the onion-tomato layer.

Lubricate the filling with bechamel sauce and sprinkle with parmesan.

Cover the filling with a second sheet of pita bread.

On the second sheet of pita bread, repeat the filling (steps 14-16). Then you can make more identical layers, but everything should end with bechamel sauce and parmesan.

Send the casserole dish to the oven (t=180°C) for 20 minutes.

Casserole of pita, minced meat and vegetables "Fantasy on the theme of lasagna" is ready! Bon Appetit.

Recipe 8: pita cheese casserole (with photo)

The casserole can be prepared both sweet and with salted cottage cheese. To do this, put either sugar or salt in the cottage cheese to your liking.

Add 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, salt (or sugar) to taste to the cottage cheese and mix well.

You should get such a homogeneous curd mass.

Roll up the spread sheet.

Cut the roll into 6 small rolls and place on a baking sheet previously greased with vegetable oil.

Separately, we make the filling for the casserole: combine 2 eggs with the remaining sour cream, lightly salt and mix well.

Cut into portions and serve with sour cream.

I specifically wrote meat, not minced meat. Don't be lazy, twist, I highly recommend not buying already minced meat, because if it was not ground before your eyes, then it is completely unknown what this very stuffing consists of. Perhaps it is mostly veins and fat.

So, skip the meat through a meat grinder.

Peel the garlic, pass through a press or chop with a knife. Add it to the mince.

Peel the onion, chop rather coarsely. Heat the pan, add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry it over a fairly high heat, about two minutes. We do not need fried onions, we need juicy, slightly golden ones. We put it in a meat grinder and scroll to the minced meat.

You can skip this step (frying), and immediately scroll the fresh onion to the minced meat. But personally, I like it better when it is lightly fried, the flavor changes for the better.

In the same bowl where we have minced meat and onions, add chopped tomatoes along with juice. If you are using fresh, then take about three normal tomatoes and chop them in a blender or pass through the same meat grinder.

grind green onion and together with breadcrumbs, as well as two tablespoons of sour cream, add to the minced meat. Then salt, black pepper and mix everything well.

Turn on the oven at 180".

Three cheese on a grater and put aside 50 grams.

Then I remembered the chanterelles, which were idle, already cooked, in the refrigerator for the second day. I decided to use them, and it was they who were distributed among my greenery. You can simply ignore this ingredient, or you can add something at your discretion and taste ... For example, fried champignons, or you can baked or fresh sweet paprika (pepper, in the sense). Sprinkle everything on top with grated cheese (except for the set aside 50 grams).

If possible, tightly and carefully roll the pita bread into a roll. The longer you lay out the filling, the more pita bread will be soaked with juices, and the more likely it will tear. If this happens - it's okay, try to transfer it as carefully as possible into the form (if it is long, then you can cut it into two halves and transfer it in parts).

We put the roll in the form and grease it on top with the remaining tablespoon of sour cream. Put it in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, I can suggest that you make a very pleasant, fresh salad for garnish. We cut everything, for example, with medium-sized straws (I have a special grater - 1 minute and you're done): 150 grams fresh cucumber, 100 grams of an apple (peeled and core weight) and 70 grams of fresh carrots.

Mix with sour cream (about 3 tablespoons), add freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 teaspoon), about a third of a teaspoon of sugar and salt to taste. Next, tear a couple of lettuce leaves in the same place and mix everything well.

It will be beautiful if you, for example, form this salad using a culinary ring. This process takes a minimum of time, and the feed wins a lot. We spread the salad in a ring and press it a little so that when the ring is removed, it does not fall apart.

Top with dill and cherry tomato slices or simply small tomatoes. It's simple, the salad pleases with vitamins and a fresh, juicy taste (special thanks to apples) - the very thing for a rather heavy casserole.

After your casserole has been in the oven for 25 minutes and is almost ready, sprinkle it with the remaining fifty grams of cheese and return for another 5 minutes to form a cheese crust.

Everything, next to the salad lay out our casserole and serve. Good appetite!

Thousands of housewives who have already tried the recipes for cooking minced meat in pita bread in the oven were satisfied with the result. In a short time, you can cook a hearty treat, beautiful, tasty, appetizing. The tasteless and dry cake is the ideal base for all kinds of fillings. Try to fill the sheets meat stuffing, diversify recipes with additional ingredients, sauces and spices to delight your loved ones.
