Salad, called "Mushroom Glade", is a very tasty and satisfying dish. Its recipe includes the following ingredients:

  • marinated champignons - 300 g;
  • potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • cheese - 200 g;
  • a bunch of greens - onions, dill or parsley;
  • 300 g of pork or chicken meat;
  • mayonnaise.

Salad "Polyana" with champignons is prepared quickly and simply. First, eggs, jacket potatoes, and meat are boiled in salted water. Then the necessary products are peeled or shelled. Cheese, eggs and potatoes are rubbed on a coarse grater. The meat is cut into small cubes. Finely chopped greens. A little mayonnaise is applied to the bottom of a salad bowl with a large diameter.

Further, all the components are laid out in layers, each of which is smeared with mayonnaise on top. Cheese comes first, then meat, eggs, potatoes and greens. The salad is lightly mixed, after which it is served on the table.

"Green"

Champignon mushroom salad "Green" belongs to the category of light dishes, but this does not in the least affect its excellent taste. Be sure to try cooking it using the following ingredients:

  • 200 g of champignons;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • dry white wine - 50 ml;
  • 50 g butter;
  • cheese, parmesan variety - 50 g.

To dress the dish, you need 15 ml of balsamic vinegar, ½ lemon, 40 ml of olive oil.

From greens, parsley 5 g, celery 60 g, 50 g each of frise salad, corn and lolo rosso should be prepared.

The first stage is the preparation of mushrooms. Mushrooms are cleaned, washed well with water and cut into large slices. Garlic is peeled and squeezed, parsley is chopped. Oil is melted in a frying pan. Mushrooms, parsley, garlic are added to it. Seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. Products are fried over high heat for 3 minutes. Then wine is added to them and stewed for another minute.

Celery is cut into thin strips and laid out in a salad bowl. Lemon juice is squeezed on top. Vinegar, olive oil are added and infused for 2 minutes. Lettuce leaves are torn into large pieces. The cheese is coarsely grated. Lettuce and half of the parmesan are added to the salad bowl and mixed. Still warm mushrooms are laid out on top. Salad with champignons and chicken breast

An appetizing meat salad can be prepared both for a regular family dinner and for a festive event. It will require the ingredients:

  • 400 g marinated champignons;
  • chicken breast;
  • half a glass of walnuts;
  • 200 g of cheese;
  • cucumber;
  • a bunch of greens;
  • 2 eggs;
  • mayonnaise.

First boil the meat and eggs. While they are cooling, you should cut the mushrooms, dividing each into four parts. Rubbed on a coarse grater cheese. Nuts and greens are crushed. Cucumber, as well as cooled eggs and meat, are diced for salad. Chicken breast with champignons and other ingredients are mixed, seasoned with mayonnaise, sprinkled with herbs.
