Ingredients:

Any pitted jam - one glass;

Kefir - one glass;

Eggs - two pieces;

Flour - one and a half glasses;

Soda - a teaspoon.

Pour jam into a deep bowl and add soda, leave for five minutes - the sweet mixture will “foam” at this time. Then add kefir, eggs, flour and sugar, mix the pie dough well with a whisk or fork. Pour half of the dough into a greased form, put the filling, on top - the remaining dough. We send the cake to the oven and bake at 180 degrees until a golden crust appears. So a delicious kefir pie is ready.

One hundred grams of butter;

One glass of sugar;

One egg;

Half a teaspoon of soda;

Three hundred grams of pitted cherries;

Vanilla sugar.
