  11. The form can be lubricated with oil or laid on the entire inner surface of the cling film. Otherwise, the dessert will be difficult to take out;

Cooking:

Mix butter with egg, flour, sweetener, baking powder and poppy seeds. Add the zest and juice of half a lemon. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly and place in a mug. Make sure the mug is 2/3 full before baking, otherwise the cake may leak out. We cook in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at a power of 800 watts.

2. Oatmeal banana cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal - 50 g
  • Banana - 1 pc.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Cocoa - 1 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp. l

Cooking:

Mix oatmeal, baking powder and cocoa in a bowl. Set aside. Mash the banana with a fork or masher until smooth. Add the egg and oil to the banana, mix with a fork. Combine dry and liquid parts, mix well with a fork. Pour the mixture into cups, filling them half way. Put the cups in the microwave. Cook at 600W for 4 minutes. Remove the cups from the microwave and invert the cupcakes onto a plate. Oatmeal banana muffins are ready!

3. Banana muffin in a mug in the microwave!

Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Banana - ½ pc.
  • Cinnamon - ¼ tsp
  • Baking powder - ¼ tsp
  • Water - 1.5 tbsp. l
  • Sweetener - to taste

Cooking:

grind oat flakes in a blender until floury.

In a mug, combine oatmeal, baking powder, salt, sweetener and cinnamon. Add mashed banana and water. Cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.

5. Chocolate cupcake in 5 minutes

Ingredients:

Egg - 1 pc.
Milk 1% - 3 tbsp. l
Whole grain flour - 3 tbsp. l
Baking powder - 6 g
Cocoa - 1.5 tbsp. l
Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l
Salt - to taste
Vanillin - to taste
Sweetener - to taste

Cooking:

All dry ingredients must be combined in a small container: flour, cocoa, baking powder, vanillin, sweetener. Mix well. Breaks into a dry mix egg, butter and milk are introduced. The only condition for making a banana cake in the microwave in 5 minutes is that all the ingredients must be prepared in advance and be at hand. I advise you to immediately get everything you need on the table, prepare spoons and a fork, wash the egg and do everything else that is necessary. In addition, the butter should be soft, in extreme cases - warm it up a little in the microwave. The temperature of the rest of the ingredients does not matter.

My banana muffin recipe is for three, as I baked it in small serving cups. The resulting dough can be divided into two containers or baked in one - for example, in a bowl. The advantage of small forms is that the products are baked a little faster, and this is important in our case, and they are designed for one person at once: you don’t have to cut and divide the finished cake.

To speed up the process, you can bake in the same bowl in which you kneaded the dough. I prefer to mix the ingredients in a large bowl, and bake in beautiful cups or in special forms. It all depends on your preferences - try and choose what you like!

So, to cook a banana cupcake in the microwave in 5 minutes, we need the following ingredients.

Cut half a banana into small cubes.

Thoroughly mash the other half in a bowl with a fork. You can use a blender if you like.

Add egg, sour cream, soft butter, sugar to banana puree.

Mix until smooth.

Sift flour into liquid ingredients.

Add baking powder. Following the recipe, I put a quarter teaspoon. But, honestly, I would advise you to take a little more - half a spoon to ready-made cupcakes were more airy.

I put cardamom. You can use other spices such as ginger and cinnamon, for example, if available at home. Vanillin is also good. Of course, you can do without them, you should not stop cooking and run to the store :)

Mix the banana cake batter well and add the banana pieces. Mix again.

Grease cupcake pans with butter or vegetable oil so that the finished products do not stick to the walls. We lay out the dough in containers of 1/2 or 2/3 volume. Microwaved dough is very unpredictable, and it's better to put a little less mass than more and clean up your kitchen afterwards.

We put the cups or molds in the microwave, set the maximum power (I have 800W) and set the timer for 5 minutes - that's how long it took my cupcakes. Alternatively, you can set it to 4 minutes and check for doneness, then microwave the banana muffins for another minute or more, as needed, if necessary. This way you have better control over the process.

Ready cupcakes should cool slightly, and then they can be served immediately with tea. If you cook in molds, you need to take out the products, if in cups, like me, you can eat directly from them, it’s even tastier!

If you waited for the moment when the cupcakes cooled down, decorate them. Condensed milk, whipped cream with sugar or whipped with powdered sugar butter, whatever - so they will be even more attractive. Just be sure to cool them before this, otherwise the whole decoration will leak :)
