While the vegetables are boiling, you can slowly prepare the rest of the ingredients. Pickled cucumbers cut into small cubes.

We remove the liquid from the pickled mushrooms, dry them a little and cut them into medium-sized slices. It is better not to use chopped canned champignons, since small mushroom slices are much more saturated with an almost tasteless marinade, from which they themselves lose most of their taste.
