  • Soy sauce - 70 ml (4 tablespoons)
  • Natural honey (preferably liquid) - about 20 gr (1 tablespoon)
  • Mustard - 7 g (1 tsp)
  • Garlic - 2-3 medium cloves
  • Lemon - ¼ part

First, we make a marinade for the wings, in which they will “swim” from 2 hours to a day. You can hold them for less than 2 hours, but the taste will not be the same. In general, the longer they marinate, the tastier the dish will turn out. The best option in the case of preparing wings for dinner is to marinate them in the morning, before going to work.

Pour honey into a small bowl, add mustard and squeezed garlic to it.

If you like very spicy, you can safely squeeze out 4 cloves, and add more mustard. For lovers of moderately spicy, the amount given in the recipe is more than enough.

All components mix well.
