Ingredients

  • 300 grams of boiled tongue;
  • three large potato tubers;
  • one carrot;
  • 4 eggs;
  • a jar of green peas;
  • 3-4 pieces of pickled cucumbers;
  • mayonnaise, salt - to taste.

Step-by-step instruction

  1. As for the usual "Olivier", we cook "in uniform" potatoes, carrots and eggs. We cool the products, clean and cut into small cubes.
  2. Peel the boiled tongue and cut into cubes.
  3. Mix vegetables with tongue, add peas and chopped pickles.
