The first is my mother-in-law!

1. "Sweet logs".

2 tbsp cocoa; 4 tbsp. l. water; 1 tbsp vodka, cognac or wine, liquor (if you wish!); 1 st. sugar, 200 gr butter - heat everything and stir.
1 a raw egg, 400 grams of cookies, 200 grams of nuts (you can marmalade). Mix, let cool and everything is in the package.

Cookies (it is better to take with nuts) - 0.5 kg
Cocoa - 3 tbsp. l.
Granulated sugar - 6 tbsp. l.

In the distant 80-90s, this dessert was prepared using simple cocoa powder, and to imitate bacon, as in real sausage, used walnuts or large pieces of cookies from shortcrust pastry.

For cooking you will need:

  • 500 gr Anniversary cookies
  • 200 gr butter
  • 250 gr cocoa powder
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 100 g of granulated sugar, you can more (to be guided by taste).

How to cook:

  1. Mix all ingredients and form sausages.
  2. Wrap sausages with cling film or parchment.
  3. Leave in the freezer for 30-45 minutes.

  • 400-600 gr shortbread biscuits
  • 150 gr sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 300 g walnut kernels or roasted peanuts
  • 1-2 bars of dark chocolate (if you want a very chocolate sausage, take more, and vice versa)
  • 200 gr butter.

Dessert preparation:

  1. It is better to take small sugar so that it dissolves quickly. Add it to milk and put on fire. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. After we turn off.
  2. Break chocolate bars and pour into milk. Cover the container and leave. The chocolate should completely dissolve in the hot liquid.
  3. If walnuts are used, they can be slightly chopped, but large pieces should remain - they will imitate pieces of real sausage fat.
  4. Grind the cookies well, add butter to it and knead thoroughly with a fork until smooth. After adding the chocolate-milk mixture and nuts, mix again and roll into sausages.

If desired, before serving, the chocolate sausage from the cookies is rolled in powdered sugar, and then cut into small slices. Powdered sugar can be bought ready-made or prepared using a coffee grinder from regular sugar.

  2. Slightly break cookies, sprinkle with cognac or liquor, combine with nuts, prunes and spices.

  4. Soft butter is whipped with cocoa-sugar mixture, salt is added and, if desired, vanilla.
  5. Mix cookies, banana pieces and whipped buttercream.
  6. The mixture can be placed in a silicone or expandable pie pan to make a cake, or to form sausages. For quick solidification, the dish is placed in the freezer.

The preparation of the dessert is very simple: slightly broken cookies are combined with soft butter, condensed milk and vanilla. The components are kneaded with a fork, after which an oblong sausage is formed from the mass and wrapped in foil. For solidification, it is placed in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours, if you need it faster, a freezer is used.

One of the more modern dessert options suggests using toffee. Any kind of toffee is suitable: loose, in tiles or packages. Be careful: the sausage is very sweet!

To prepare a dessert, you need products:

  • 200 gr toffee
  • 50 gr butter
  • 400 gr cookies
  • 120 gr sugar
  • 120 ml milk

Cooking is as follows:

  1. Fold the toffee into an enameled container and pour in the milk, cook over medium heat until the toffee dissolves. During heating, you need to constantly stir so that the melted product mixes well with milk.
  2. Add sugar and butter to the mixture, mix well and leave to cool slightly.
  3. Break the cookies and fold into the liquid mixture. When the mass becomes not hot in temperature, you can begin to form sausages.
