It is easy to prepare using the following ingredients:

  • 250 milliliters of water;
  • 60 g cocoa;
  • ⅔ st. in / c flour;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 150 g of cereals;
  • ½ st. granulated sugar;
  • 7 g baking powder;
  • half a glass of any oil;
  • 1 packet of vanillin.

Cooking lean mannik is not difficult:

  1. Pour semolina with water and set it aside for 25 minutes.
  2. Separately, combine dry ingredients (cocoa powder, baking powder and flour) together.
  3. Pour salt, regular and vanilla sugar into the swollen semolina, pour in the oil and mix.

  • 55 - 60 grams of cocoa.

For glaze:

  • 25 grams of granulated sugar;
  • 30 grams of cocoa powder;
  • half a glass of milk;
  • a 50 gram stick of butter.

How to make chocolate dessert:

  1. Pour semolina immediately with kefir (or sour cream) and let it stand for a while.
  2. At this time, beat the eggs white with sugar.

Chocolate mannik on kefir- one of my favorite manniks. Delicate, porous, airy and with the aroma of chocolate will not leave indifferent everyone who loves sweets, in particular, loves chocolate. The manna recipe is very simple and, I think, will not cause difficulties even for those who are not very good with pastries. The dough for manna is no more difficult to prepare than for shortbread pie or a biscuit.

Today we will cook mannik on kefir with the addition of cocoa powder. In addition to this recipe, there are also recipes for mannas prepared with the addition of melted chocolate instead of cocoa powder, such mannas are also very tasty, but differ somewhat in taste. Let the cream cool down room temperature. Now it needs to be combined with butter. Please note that the custard must be completely cool, otherwise the butter will melt in it and you will get a custard like for a Napoleon cake. We need to get a more oily and thick consistency of cream for chocolate manna. Beat the custard with the butter for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.

Prepare chocolate frosting. Place the diced butter in a saucepan. Add cocoa, sour cream and sugar.
