Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer. First at a slow speed, then at a faster one. We beat for at least 7 minutes! The splendor of the dough will depend on this, the better the beat - the more magnificent the charlotte!

Well, our dough is ready, put it in a bowl of a multicooker - a pressure cooker, lubricated with oil.
Spread pitted cherries on top, no need to press it. If you, like me, use frozen cherries, then you should first defrost it and drain the excess liquid.
