First, let's prepare the ingredients that we need to cook delicious chocolate charlotte in a slow cooker. I recommend that you immediately turn on the multicooker in the “Baking” mode. The bowl will heat up and the charlotte will bake faster and rise better.




Let's take a test. To do this, separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with a mixer until a stable foam. I recommend whipping first at low speed, and then add speed. Now add sugar a spoon at a time and continue beating. Pour the yolks, beat and turn off the mixer. We don't need baking soda or baking powder. We will start preparing our charlotte not with dough, but with apples, since the basis of our pie is biscuit dough, which after kneading should not stand idle. Therefore, we take fresh apples, wash them and clean them, although if the skin of the apples is thin and it does not bother you, then you can leave it.

Cut the prepared apples into quarters and cut out the core of each piece.

Next, cut each part into slices about 4 mm thick. Transfer the prepared apples to a bowl and set aside. By the way, while the apples are waiting for their turn, they can darken slightly so that this does not happen, if desired, they can be sprinkled lemon juice, but it is not at all necessary to do this, since after baking the apples will darken anyway.

Now you can do the dough for chocolate charlotte. Take a large mixing bowl and break all the eggs into it. Add sugar to them.

Beat the eggs with a mixer for at least 10 minutes. We need to ensure that the eggs turn into a very lush and very dense foam. At this stage, we advise you not to be lazy, because the better the eggs are beaten, the more magnificent the charlotte will turn out. By the way, in order for the eggs to beat better, they must be room temperature, so you can get them out of the refrigerator in advance or just hold them in warm (warm, the temperature should be about 40C) water for about 10 minutes.

Mix cocoa powder and cinnamon with flour, you can do this immediately in a sieve. Sift the flour mixture (preferably in two doses) into the egg mass.

And with a spatula or a whisk, whichever is more convenient for you, mix the flour mixture into the dough. This must be done carefully, but at the same time carefully and quickly enough so that the mass does not fall from excessive mixing.

At the very end, add vegetable oil to the dough and mix it into the dough in several steps.

Pour the dough for chocolate charlotte into the multicooker bowl. By the way, the bottom of the bowl can be lightly oiled or covered with a circle of oiled paper. It is better to leave the walls of the bowl clean so that it is more convenient for the cake to “cling” to them and grow during baking.

If you do not have it, then pick up a plate of the desired diameter. Let the finished charlotte cool down.
