Teriyaki chicken with ginger

Add some ginger to the sauce ingredients for an original dish.

Teriyaki chicken takes 60 minutes to cook.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg. Chicken;
  • 1 st. l. sesame;
  • 1 tsp ground ginger;
  • 220 ml. soy sauce;
  • 2 tsp honey;
  • 1 st. l. wine vinegar.

Cooking:

  1. Combine ginger with sauce, add vinegar, honey and oil. Mix everything and leave for ten minutes.
  2. Cut the fillet into cubes and put in the sauce to marinate for half an hour.
  3. Remove the meat from the sauce, squeeze and fry.
  4. When the fillet becomes golden in color, pour the rest of the sauce into it, simmer, stirring, until it boils completely.

Stew the chicken in the sauce over low heat to avoid burning the meat.

For cooking dishes, a Chinese wok pan with a deep and convex bottom is suitable. But if you don’t have such dishes at home, an ordinary deep frying pan will do.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 stack. rice
  • 7 cloves of garlic;
  • 0.6 kg. Chicken;
  • 120 ml. mirina;
  • 1 st. l. ginger;
  • 60 gr. Sahara;
  • 1 tsp sesame oil;
  • 180 ml. soy sauce;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of rice vinegar.

Cooking:

  1. Pour mirin into a bowl, put on the stove. When it boils, cook for 5 minutes over low heat, add sugar, stir until dissolved.
  2. Add vinegar, soy sauce and oil, minced ginger and garlic. Cook over low heat for 4 minutes, cool.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken, leave for 2 hours in the cold.
  4. Put the meat on a baking sheet and pour over the sauce. Bake 40 minutes in the oven.
  5. Boil rice in salted water.
  6. Put the cooked rice on the dish, put the chicken on top, pour over the sauce.

In the recipe, it is important to properly prepare the Teriyaki sauce. It depends on the taste of the dish. If it turns out liquid, add a little cornstarch dissolved in water.

Teriyaki chicken with vegetables

This dish can rightly be called a full and satisfying lunch or dinner. Apart from great taste, it turns out also useful, because there are vegetables in the dish. 1.5 tbsp. l. Teriyaki sauce;

  • bulb;
  • 200 gr. white mushrooms;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 st. l. soy sauce.
  • Cooking:

    1. Cut the mushrooms, onion and meat into small pieces, fry until tender, salt a little.
    2. Cook the noodles for 8 minutes in boiling water, drain the water.
    3. Grind the garlic and carrots with ginger, put to the chicken. Fry carrots until soft.
    4. Pour in Teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, add noodles, mix. Fry chicken with vegetables and udon noodles for another five minutes over low heat.
    5. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped green onions.

    Teriyaki chicken in a slow cooker

    Chicken with sauce can also be cooked in a slow cooker. This will save time, and the dish will turn out fragrant and tasty.
