During the growth period, it is necessary that the products contain a large amount of protein and carbohydrates. The first is a source of tissue construction, and the second provides the necessary energy reserve, which the body spends on active growth and development. It is very important that young children have a lot of dairy products in their diet, because calcium, which is contained in milk, is an essential element for bone growth.

It is worth considering the fact that the children's digestive system is designed in such a way that not everything can still be digested. So fried and smoked products is taboo for young children. They can cause stomach upset.

So food should be light and simple. It is useful to give soups to the child. Especially dairy. The proposed soup recipe is just right for children aged 1 year and over. The fact is that this is no longer mashed potatoes, but pasta that needs to be chewed thoroughly, so it is recommended to give it only to those children who already have chewing teeth.

The composition of the proposed dish contains only useful and the right products- this is milk, butter (which helps to absorb all the vitamins), pasta (a source of much-needed carbohydrates). You can refuse sugar or put it as little as possible. The cooking method is very simple heat treatment- cooking, frying products is excluded.

At what age can you give the products included in the composition

Cow's milk can be given to children from the age of 9 months, of course, if you are sure of its quality.

Butter in a diluted, not pure form, is gradually introduced into complementary foods from six months. In its pure form, it is better not to give it to the baby, since it is very fatty and the weak secretory function of the stomach may not be able to cope with its processing.

But pediatricians advise to postpone acquaintance with sugar until a later date, so as not to develop unhealthy eating habits in a child. But just starting from a year, a small amount of sugar can be added to the diet. But it is worth paying attention to how the child eats. Perhaps the soup will seem very tasty to him without it or with its minimum amount. Everything will depend on the individual preferences of the baby and on what kind of food he is used to eating at his age.
