Ingredients:

  • oatmeal porridge - 200-300 grams;
  • chicken egg - 1-2 pcs.;
  • apple - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • flour;
  • cinnamon, sugar, salt - to taste;
  • water;

Cooking:

  1. Break the eggs into the porridge, add cinnamon, salt and sugar - mix thoroughly. Then add some flour. If the mixture is thick, then add water. The final mass should not be denser than sour cream, but thicker than pancakes.
  2. Remove the skin from carrots and apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Add the aromatic mixture to the dough.
  3. We preheat the pan - so our "baking" will grab better. And then we lower the temperature. You can drop a little vegetable oil into the pan before frying (I lubricated the surface with a silicone brush).
  4. By temperature. At first I cooked for 2 (thermostat), but this is too long and the pancakes were stewed more quickly. Increased to 3 - baked inside and out.
  5. Spread the dough on the pan with a tablespoon. I got 1 incomplete spoon = 1 pancakes and flatten the pancakes with it (with a spoon).
  6. Fry the pancakes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
