Frozen pork should be allowed to thaw a little, after which we cut the meat with a sharp knife into thin slices. Cut the potatoes into thin slices, pour boiling water over it for two minutes. Then we drain the water.

Cut off two-thirds of the dough, roll it out and put it in a mold with sides. Salt and pepper the dried potato slices, put them on the dough. On top of the potatoes lay out the salted and seasoned with pepper and other spices meat.

Onions can be put raw or pre-fried in a small amount of oil, put it on the meat. Put bay leaves and thin pieces of butter on top of the filling.

We will collect the pie from two layers, the lower one should be larger than the upper one.

We spread a large layer of dough on a greased baking sheet so that the edges of the layer hang slightly from the sides. The thickness of the layer should be approximately one centimeter.

Mix flour with instant dry yeast, add margarine cut into pieces, grind into crumbs. Crack an egg into a glass, add sugar and salt, beat. Add cold water to the top of the glass. Pour the liquid into the flour crumbs. Knead elastic dough. After wrapping the film, put it in the refrigerator for one hour.

We divide into 30-35 parts. Roll out each part into a cake. We put the filling (about two tablespoons), pinch the edges, giving the cake the shape of a triangle. Let's take twenty minutes.
