For a 3 liter pot we need:
- Potato - 5 pcs. medium size
- Regular minced meat (we have beef) - 350-400 grams
- Carrot - 1 pc. medium size
- Onion - 2 pcs. (small)
- Rice - 4 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - to taste (we take 1/3 tablespoon)
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
- Favorite greens (we have parsley)
- Vegetable oil - for frying
