Delicious salad of croutons and sausage

We have already mentioned smoked sausage several times today, but what can you do if it is so popular and goes well with a bunch of different products. Here, for example, with eggs and tomatoes.


This type of serving, as in the picture is also called chamomile.

For cooking we need:

  • 1 pack of crackers
  • 100-150 grams of sausage
  • 100 grams hard cheese
  • 2-3 boiled eggs
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.

We cut all these products into cubes or straws and lay them out without mixing in a circle of a wide serving plate.


Sprinkle mayonnaise in the middle.
