Salt the mushroom caps and leave them alone for a while, and chop the legs quite finely. We chop the onion just as finely, and the garlic even finer. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Preparation of stuffed champignons

In a well-heated frying pan, lightly fry the onion, add the finely chopped champignon legs to it and, having salted and peppered lightly, fry for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally. Then turn off the heat and sprinkle the contents of the pan with chopped garlic and half of the grated cheese. We mix everything well and let it cool a little - the filling, one might say, is ready.

20 pcs. medium-sized mushrooms, 3 cloves of garlic, a bunch of greens, 40 g of hard cheese, Bulgarian red pepper, 2 tablespoons. vegetable oil, chili pepper, salt.

Cooking method

Rinse the champignons well and put them whole on a baking sheet, previously greased with vegetable oil. Grind pepper, garlic and herbs in a blender, put the resulting mixture on mushrooms. Grate the cheese and sprinkle half of the mushrooms on top. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at t° - 220°C. While still hot, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and serve.
