From personal experience I will say that pancakes can be made from any dairy and sour-milk products.

Now, the actual recipe.
The amount of ingredients I quote is based on one glass of liquid.

1 stack kefir,
1 tsp soda,
2 tbsp. l. Sahara,
a pinch of salt,
1 st. l. starch,
1 stack flour
1-2 tbsp. l. rast. oils

Pour kefir into a bowl, pour soda into it and leave for a few minutes so that the soda goes out. If milk is used, soda must be quenched with vinegar. Add sugar, salt, starch to kefir, mix, and then flour.
The consistency of the dough should be thick, but fluid, so that you pour it into the pan, and not put it on with a spoon. If suddenly the dough is too thick, add more liquid. And at the end add to the dough rast. oil, mix well and leave until the pan heats up.
