Step 2: Prepare the garlic.



Peel the clove of garlic. We need to grind it for the marinade. This can be done in several ways: cut with a knife, grate on a fine grater or use a garlic maker. If you are confident with a knife, just chop it finely and finely. If not, a fine grater and garlic will not let you down. Transfer the minced garlic to a small bowl and set aside.

Step 3: Prepare the ginger.



We need fresh root ginger. Dry powder will not work, it no longer has the necessary sharpness and spice, and it will not be able to soften the meat. We clean a small piece of the skin and rub it on a fine grater. Transfer to a clean plate.

Step 4: Prepare the marinade.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour sesame seeds into it, fry, stirring constantly - burnt sesame seeds will not improve the dish. As soon as you take away the correct color, turn off the fire, and pour the sesame seeds into a clean plate. You can't leave it in the pan. While it cools, a few grains will surely burn.

Step 7: Cooking meat with sesame seeds and honey.


We get our well-marinated fillet. Heat up the pan, pour olive oil and lay out the meat. Do not pour out the marinade remaining in the plate, it will still be useful to us. Fry the meat over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pieces. Marinated meat cooks very quickly.
