The preparation of this lentil soup is very simple - the main thing is to follow the instructions.

Ingredients:

  • beef - 0.5 kg;
  • lentil grain - 300 g;
  • parsley - a bunch;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • salt / pepper - optional.

Cooking method:

  1. Soak lentils in water for an hour, rinsing it first.
  2. Cut the meat into small pieces, set to cook for 1.5 hours.
  3. Grate the carrots, chop the onion.
  4. Place the lentils, vegetables, salt and pepper into the boiling broth.
