  1. Prepare the sauce. In a deep bowl, combine the mayonnaise, tomato paste, brandy, sherry and Worcestershire sauce. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon. Stir.
  2. Pour the cream into the same bowl, stir and refrigerate, covered with a lid or cling film.
  3. Boil the eggs until hard yolk, peel and cut into slices. Each should make 8 shares.
  4. Divide cherry tomatoes into four slices.
  5. Chop lettuce leaves into strips or tear with your hands into small pieces.
  6. Boil the shrimp for 3-5 minutes in boiling water, depending on the size of the shrimp.
