Cooking steps:

Boil the chicken fillet in a small amount of liquid with various spices. Cool and cut into small pieces, with a very sharp knife, so that the meat does not fall apart into fibers.

Rinse the carrots, peel with a vegetable peeler and grate on a medium grater.

Like carrots, we grate hard cheese on a grater with the same holes.
