The .ipa file is an application file format that is designed to be installed on the iPhone and other i-family devices. This file cannot be run anywhere else, not even on the iOS simulator for PC. Method one
In order to install the hacked app, your phone will need a Jailbreak, only in this case you will be able to install AppSync from Cydia, in the future, necessary for the correct download of our app on the iPhone. Add a repository that has AppSync:

- Click "Edit" and then "Add";

- Click "Add" and you will see a copyright warning. It is a pure formality, so just ignore it and click the "Add Anyway" button;
- The final stage will begin, and when finished, click "Return to Cydia".
Install AppSync:
- Click on the repository selected above - http://cracklords.info/repo
- In the window that appears, select the AppSync you need. For example, for iOS 5.0-5.1.1, AppSync 5.0+ is suitable, and for iOS versions 6.0-6.1, AppSync 6.0+ is required, and so on;
- Click the "Install" button and wait for the process to complete. At the end, click "Confirm";
- We return to Cydia, restart the desktop, and then your iPhone or other i-device;
Further, it is strongly recommended to install at least one free application from the App Store in order to “light up” your phone in this way. Installation can be done using several programs, but we chose Aytuls, because even the most dim-witted user can install with it. You can download it on the Internet.
Finally, open the window with the downloaded .ipa file, and open Aytuls next to it. Then we simply drag the program to the window with the name of your phone, after which the synchronization process with the iPhone will begin. Thought there would be more steps? Method two
This method was invented by Chinese craftsmen, and most importantly, it does not require a jailbreak, because not everyone wants to “upgrade” the device by exposing it to potential danger. Although there is a nuance here: this method implies the work of only non-hacked applications that have been linked to someone else's account.
To get an update for such an application, you have to wait until some altruist decides to release it for everyone. Also, this method is "friendly" only with the Chinese language, so you have to remember the location of the characters in the program.
Procedure:
- We install the 25pp program, which, by the way, is provided completely free of charge (this program is a full-fledged analogue of Aituls for iPhone, which means that you can install not only your .ipa applications, but also those presented in the AppStore, which is most welcome) ;
- After installing the program, connect the standard cable to the computer and iPhone;
- Further, following the prompts on the images, select your iPhone in the program, select the file to be uploaded and drop it into the 25pp program window, as is the case with iTools.

Method three
If you don't like jailbreaks and you don't like litigation in Chinese characters either, there is a third option, but it is only suitable for those who have Mac OS X, whose UDID is registered in the developer account.
