We wash a piece of beef under the tap, dry it with paper towels.

How to cook

Clean the beef from films and veins. Cut the meat into chunks. Peel the onion from the husk and chop finely. Combine beef with onions and mix with your hands. Divide into pots.

Wash the tomatoes, wipe with a napkin and cut into circles. Arrange half of the tomatoes on top of the beef. String beans cut into pieces and arrange on top of the tomatoes. Free the pods of sweet pepper from the stalk and clean out the partitions and seeds. Cut vegetables into strips. Spread over the beans. Rinse the eggplant, wipe it with a napkin, cut off the stem and chop the vegetable into small slices. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with salt.
