I never thought cabbage rolls could be delicious. This diet dish is prepared without meat, oil and flour. And it doesn't even have eggs. But the excellent taste and low calorie content simply cannot but rejoice. Try it too.

Ingredients:

White cabbage - 300 g;

carrots - 150-200 g;

onion (yellow, white or purple) - 1 small onion;

fresh garlic - 1-2 cloves;

pepper - a pinch;

salt - a pinch (to taste);

fat-free kefir - 70-100 ml;

herculean flakes - 3-4 tbsp. l.

Cooking

1. For the preparation of these diet cutlets, it is advisable to take young cabbage. Firstly, this way the cutlets will cook faster. And secondly, the dish will be more tender and juicy. Steam or boil the cabbage for 10 minutes. Then cool a little and grate on a medium or coarse grater. Or you can grind in a blender or pass through a meat grinder. The smaller the minced meat, the better.

And for lovers of this healthy and low-calorie vegetable, we advise you to prepare a purple cabbage salad.

2. Grate the carrots as well. And you can do the same as with cabbage, chopping the vegetable into a more homogeneous mass. The juice released during this can be used in the dish.

3. Peel the onion, rinse and chop finely. To make the cutlets more juicy, you can chop the onion into a smooth puree with a blender.

4. Mix chopped vegetables. Add a minced garlic clove.

5. Pour in kefir. It is advisable to use a low-fat fermented milk product. Pepper and salt minced vegetables for diet cutlets. Add hercules. If the flakes are too large, grind them in a coffee grinder or in a blender. Kefir with flakes will be a kind of binding elements that will replace eggs with flour in cabbage cutlets. Therefore, they will turn out not only tasty, dietary, healthy, but also hypoallergenic.

6. Mix everything thoroughly. Let the mass stand for about an hour (or more if you have time). If the mass will be infused for a long time, then it is better to rearrange it in the refrigerator, having previously covered it with a lid or tightened it with a film. Kefir will soak the oatmeal, and the minced meat will become more elastic and increase in volume.

7. Form small standard shaped patties. Put them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (you can additionally grease with a thin layer of vegetable oil). Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put future cabbage cutlets in the oven. Cook for about half an hour.

Ready cutlets with cabbage and carrots are tender, juicy and tasty. And most importantly, dietary.
