Dough for Viennese waffles in an electric waffle iron is not difficult to prepare. Eggs need to be ground with sugar, add melted margarine and then all other ingredients.

We heat up the waffle iron with the necessary panels, grease. Place 2 tablespoons of dough on each side.

Cover with a lid, fix and fry for 6-8 minutes. You can open the lid and see what we have with waffles.

  • butter - 200 grams;
  • sugar - 100 grams;
  • chicken egg - 3 pcs.;
  • milk - 200 ml;
  • flour - 300 grams;
  • baking powder - 2 tsp

To prepare dough for Viennese waffles, you will need 200 grams of soft butter, which must be removed from the refrigerator in advance, and about 100 grams of sugar. Take a deep bowl or salad bowl and rub the butter and sugar in it.

Break three raw chicken eggs there and pour in 200 grams of milk (milk should not be cold, it is better if it is slightly warm). Mix all the ingredients and beat with a whisk or mixer at low speed until smooth.

In the resulting mixture, add 300 grams of flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder for dough.

Stir the dough thoroughly until smooth by hand with a spoon or with a mixer.

Prepare an electric waffle iron. Pour 2 tablespoons of dough into each mold, smooth it into shape and close the appliance. Since all waffle irons are different, look again at the recommendations for its use, perhaps this amount of dough will not suit you.

Bake waffles in an electric waffle iron according to the recipe for about three to five minutes.

Put the finished waffles on the prepared dish. When serving, you can pour over any jam, sweet syrup or condensed milk.

Today we will tell you our recipe for Viennese waffles for an electric waffle iron with which you can easily prepare delicious waffles for the whole family. Our Viennese waffle recipe will make your waffles crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way they should be!

  • 3 pcs. Egg
  • 1/3 st. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanillin
  • 2 tbsp. Milk
  • 40 gr. Butter
  • 3 art. Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • ½ tsp Salt

To prepare the dough for Viennese waffles, mix 3 egg yolks with ¼ cup sugar using a mixer. As soon as the mixture becomes homogeneous, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and beat everything again with a mixer.

Melt the butter and add it to the base for the Viennese waffles, add 2 cups of milk here.

Mix flour, soda and salt in a separate container and pour in the base that we prepared in the previous step. Mix all ingredients with a mixer.

As you may have noticed, we still have egg whites, but they will also be used in our Viennese waffle recipe. To do this, beat the egg whites with a mixer until they turn into an air mass resembling eggnog.

At the final stage, it remains only to mix the base of the Viennese waffles with air cream. It is important to mix both components by hand, while doing this with all care so that the Viennese waffles turn out to be airy and soft. Do not use the mixer at this stage!

It remains only to heat the electric waffle iron, grease it with oil and start baking delicious Viennese waffles for 2-3 minutes.
