Let's prepare the products: peel the onion and finely chop; boil eggs for 5–20 minutes in lightly salted water, cool in cold running water, after which it is necessary to peel and finely chop; free the fish from the skin and the remnants of small bones, cut into cubes; combine mayonnaise and French mustard in one bowl; peel the apples and remove the seeds from the washed apples, then grate using the large side of the grater.
  2. For the dish, we need a deep plate of large diameter.
  3. Spread 1 tbsp evenly along the bottom. a spoonful of a mixture of mayonnaise with French mustard.
  4. Then lay the layers in the following sequence: apples, onions, eggs. Between layers it is necessary to smear 1 tbsp. a spoonful of a mixture of mayonnaise with French mustard.

The second recipe - snacks with cold smoked salmon

For him we will take:

  • Onion - 1 pc.;

  1.
