  • 160 gr drying
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 300 gr mince
  • 80 gr onion
  • 5 gr garlic
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 100 gr cheese
  • ground black pepper

Cooking method

    Prepare the ingredients. Peel onion and garlic. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.

    Drying put in a bowl and pour milk with water or just milk for 10-15 minutes. If the dryers are not completely covered with liquid, then it is worth dipping them periodically with a spoon. It is necessary to ensure that the drying swells, but does not turn into gruel.

    Finely grate the onion or finely chop with a knife. Pass the garlic through a garlic press. Add onion, garlic, salt and spices to taste. Mix everything well.

Preparing for baking
