When the vegetables are cooked, carefully peel them. It is better to do this until the vegetables have completely cooled. In another saucepan, put the egg to boil. Immerse it in cold water and place the saucepan over medium heat. When the water boils, note 10 minutes. this will be enough to cook a hard boiled egg. As soon as the egg is cooked, place a saucepan under cold running water and peel the egg.

  • Next, lay out the grated cheese on a fine grater.
  • Now we rub the apples on a coarse grater and put them on top of the cheese. We equalize with our hands, this is the penultimate layer.

    Boil carrots and potatoes with their skins in advance, cool and peel. Separately boil hard-boiled eggs, pour cold water and remove the shell. Peel and chop one small onion as finely as possible, pour boiling water with vinegar (1-2 tablespoons of vinegar per glass of water) and leave to cool completely - due to pickling, it will lose its bitterness and strong smell.

    At the bottom of the salad bowl, put the potatoes, grated on a fine grater, lightly season with salt so that the salad is not bland. Cover the layer with a portion of mayonnaise and gently spread it with the back of a spoon - try not to press, then the salad will turn out airy.

2. The second layer will go with us processed cheese, which we also rub on a grater. To make them rub well, put them in the freezer for a short time so that they harden slightly. Spread the grated curds evenly with a fork. We take out the butter from the freezer and rub it on a fine grater. Next, grease with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

3. Finely chop the onion. Sprinkle the salad evenly and lightly grease the top with mayonnaise.

4. Open a jar of sardines and drain the liquid from it. We knead the fish with a fork and then carefully lay it out with the next layer, which we then also grease with mayonnaise.

Recipe for this delicious salad as old as the world, and even a beginner who is just starting to practice cooking can handle it. To begin with, using a soft kitchen sponge, wash the potatoes with carrots. We shift these ingredients into a saucepan, fill them with clean cold water 2-3 fingers higher and put on medium heat. After boiling the liquid, cook the vegetables 15–25 minutes, the duration may vary depending on the size and variety. While not the main, but important boiled products are cooling down, we are engaged in other ingredients. We put a kettle on medium heat with about 130–150 milliliters of water and bring it to a boil. Then, using a sharp kitchen knife, peel the onion, wash it, put it on a cutting board and chop it into small cubes, straws in half rings or quarters with a thickness not exceeding 3-4 millimeters. We shift the pieces of this vegetable into a small bowl, add 100 milliliters of vinegar there and after a few minutes pour them with boiling water from the kettle. Keep the onion in the resulting mixture 20 minutes. Then we recline it in a colander and leave it there until use, so that the glass is excess liquid.

Step 4: prepare saury.
