And this recipe is also called for the lazy, because it is quite easy to cook such a dish in the sleeve.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 2-3 pcs.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salt - 1 tbsp. l.
  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking such caviar is very simple. We do not bother and cut all the vegetables arbitrarily, you can in large pieces.

  1. Cut the onion.

2. Randomly cut sweet peppers and carrots.

3. Coarsely chop the tomatoes and garlic.

4. It remains to cut the zucchini into pieces.

5. Now put all the chopped vegetables in a baking sleeve, salt, add sugar and pour in vegetable oil.

6. We tie the sleeve, shake it a little so that the vegetables are mixed and sent to the oven. Bake for about 1 hour at 180 degrees.

7. We take out the vegetables after baking, if necessary, add salt and pepper. If there is too much juice, then drain the excess. Puree the vegetables in a blender until smooth.

8. We spread the caviar in sterilized jars and roll it up.

Zucchini caviar for the winter with tomatoes and carrots

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 1 kg
  • carrots - 150 gr.
  • Bulgarian pepper - 150 gr.
  • tomatoes - 500 gr.
  • onion - 150 gr.
  • chili pepper - 5 gr.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt - to taste
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml
  1. Zucchini and tomatoes cut into cubes, carrots and peppers into strips, onions into half rings.
  2. Fry each ingredient separately in a pan in vegetable oil. A little salt and pepper while frying.
  3. Finely chop the chili and garlic and add to the vegetables (this spicy pepper add to taste, some do not like spicy dishes).
  4. We combine all the vegetables, mix and pass through a meat grinder. You can grind with a blender.
  5. We skip the vegetable mass through a meat grinder. If vegetable oil remains, then add it to the vegetables.
