How to cook a pie with cottage cheese in a slow cooker:

First you need to prepare the filling for the future pie. Put cottage cheese in a deep bowl, add sugar (it can be replaced with powdered sugar), lemon juice and starch. Mix everything well with a whisk or wooden spatula. Sprinkle cream coconut flakes, stir again. If you don't like shredded coconut, add raisins or nuts. Send the filling to the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes to cool.

Prepare the dough. To do this, you need to separate the whites from the yolks. Place the yolks in a separate container, add half of the entire serving of sugar and a little vanillin. Beat the mass with a whisk. In the next step, add cocoa powder (you can do without it), mix thoroughly again. The mass must be homogeneous.

Place egg whites in a clean, dry bowl and beat to stiff peaks with a mixer. To make the process easier, add some salt and start beating at low speed, gradually increasing it.

Gently, using a serving spoon, fold the proteins into the chocolate dough, mix gently and start introducing the flour. Mix it with baking powder first. Pour a little, then stir in a circular motion and so on until the end of the entire portion.

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with any oil. Using a tablespoon, separate the curd filling from the total mass and roll balls out of it. Put them in the bottom of the bowl.

Fill all ingredients with chocolate batter. It should cover the balls.

Turn the multicooker on the "Baking" mode, set the timer for 45 minutes. Bake a pie.
Do not rush to remove the finished biscuit from the mold - it should cool slightly.

While still warm, brush the cake with condensed milk and sprinkle with coconut flakes. It is not necessary to use these exact ingredients - you can grease with your favorite syrup or jam, sprinkle with grated lemon zest. Serve the cake with cocoa, hot coffee or tea.
