    Peel 3 medium sized apples and 1 large banana. Choose fragrant sweet and sour apples and ripe bananas with a rich taste. Cut the fruits into small slices, put them in the dough and gently mix the mixture with a spoon.

    Pour the batter into an oiled microwave oven dish.

Who among us has not tried charlotte? Simple and delicious pastries that even a schoolboy can cook. I propose to simplify the process even more and cook charlotte in the microwave (with apples). If your microwave does not have a grill function, then the surface of the charlotte will remain unbrown, but this will not affect the taste in any way. I have a complete order with the grill, and my charlotte turned out to be very ruddy.

Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. I had sweet and very juicy apples, I took 2 of them, but you can increase their number, here - if you wish, whoever likes it and how.

Grease a glass or silicone mold with oil. I also lined the bottom with parchment. Divide apples according to shape.

Beat eggs with sugar for 5 minutes.

Add flour, vanilla and baking powder to beaten eggs. You can add a pinch of salt to balance the taste. Mix the dough with a hand whisk so that there are no lumps left.

Pour batter over apples. I specifically show the consistency of the resulting test. It is quite sparse.

Try to get the dough into all the "back streets" and the apples are completely in the dough.

First. If you have a regular micro without a grill, then put it on the highest setting (850-900W) and bake for 7-10 minutes. You can open and check the readiness with a splinter. The surface will remain light, don't let that bother you. If the white dough is strained with your sense of beauty, then add a little cocoa with the dough along with the flour, reducing the amount of flour. Then leave the form with charlotte in the switched off microwave for another 5-7 minutes. During this time, the edges of the charlotte move well away from the edges of the mold, and it will be easier to remove it.

Second option. Turn on the grill plus microwave function, as I have, put the form closer to the grill on the grate and bake for 7-10 minutes as well. I opened it and checked for readiness. The surface was reddened after 3 minutes. After 9 minutes, the charlotte should also be left inside the switched off microwave for another 5 minutes. My microwave has a power of 850 W, but I do not know its power when the grill is turned on with microwaves at the same time. I have three simultaneous modes - the highest and two weaker ones. I bet on strong.

If there is no simultaneous mode, you can bake in turn, first in the microwave for 7 minutes, then on the grill for three minutes. In general, everything is not scary, you adapt to your technique.

Three medium apples;

A couple of drops of natural lemon juice;

150 gr. baking white flour;

Two eggs;

A small pinch of cinnamon;

Whole condensed milk - 1 small can.

Cooking method:

1. Bring the eggs broken into a bowl until smooth with a mixer and mix the egg mass with condensed milk with it.

2. Gradually adding, add all the flour so that it does not clump, mix constantly.

3. Add soda quenched with a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice or table vinegar and stir well again. Can be slightly whipped.

4. Mix the apples cut into medium-sized cubes with the prepared dough. Be sure to cut the skin off the fruit - the filling will bake better and be more tender.

200 gr. fatty homemade cottage cheese;

250 gr. Sahara;

A third of a spoonful of soda;

Two large spoons of sour cream;

A glass of baking flour;

1. Carefully, so as not to damage the yolks, break the eggs. Drain the whites into one bowl, and the separated yolks into another.
