Ingredients

  • Asparagus beans - 200 g.
  • Tomato - 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese - 30 g.
  • Basil - 1 sprig
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil- 3 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tooth.
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch

How to make green bean salad

Rinse the beans under running water, cut off the ends. Let's cut it into pieces. I usually cut into 3.

We put it in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, over medium heat. We merge hot water, pour cold to cool.


Cut the tomato into pieces.


Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.


Dressed with vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice. Add chopped basil, squeezed garlic, black ground pepper. Mix all the ingredients.

  15. Put peppers, beans, chicken pieces and onions in a salad bowl. Season with sauce, spices, mix.

Important: if you do not have sesame oil and you have nowhere to get it, then you can replace it. To do this, crush sesame seeds and fry it in neutral oil (preferably sunflower or olive oil). The oil will absorb the taste and smell. It will turn out not sesame, but very similar.
