  5. Now the batter is being prepared, for this we mix chicken eggs, milk, salt, dry chili, cayenne pepper and wheat flour in one bowl. We mix everything well, in the end you should get a kind of “sour cream”.
  6. We take a large plastic bag, pour all the cornmeal into it, also pour the marinated chicken wings. We tie the bag and start shaking, shaking until the flour covers each piece. Wrapping the chicken in cornmeal will help our breadcrumbs adhere well to the surface and not come off during frying.
